Upcoming Forest Bathing Walks
Seasonal, guided experiences held in local parks and natural trails in Mississauga.
Slow, sensory, and unhurried — not hiking or exercise.
No prior experience required.
Every day offers an opportunity to experience nature through the longer days, abundant greenery, birdsong, and the gentle transition into summer.
Select walks are thoughtfully aligned with seasonal and community observances, offering opportunities to connect with nature in meaningful ways.
Walks adapt to seasonal conditions to support comfort, presence, and care.
