🌲 About the Experience
These sessions are not structured as activities to complete.
They are quiet, guided experiences where both child and adult are invited to slow down, notice, and connect—with nature and with each other.
At the heart of each session are simple invitations that open space for curiosity, imagination, and presence.
There is no distance to cover and nothing to achieve.
🍃 What a Session May Include
- simple sensory noticing (sounds, textures, colours)
- gentle movement and exploration
- working with natural materials (leaves, stones, sticks)
- moments of calm and shared presence
Children and adults are free to engage in their own way.
🌼 Age-Based Approach
Sessions are gently shaped based on the children present.

🌿 Why Parent Participation Matters
