🌳 The Meaning Behind Kinwood Echoes

Kin reminds us that we are family with the land and all living beings.

Wood speaks to forests as places of shelter, wisdom, and connection.

Echoes are the quiet messages that return to us when we slow down and listen.

Together, Kinwood Echoes reflects a remembering of our place within the living world.

🌲 What is Forest Therapy?

Forest therapy, also known as Shinrin-yoku, is a gentle, guided practice of spending time in nature with awareness and intention.

It is not hiking or exercise.

Instead, it invites you to slow down, engage your senses, and experience nature in a more present and connected way.

There is no goal to reach and no distance to cover.

The forest becomes the guide.
