Kinwood Echoes offers gentle, guided forest bathing experiences designed to support well-being, reflection, and connection with the natural world.

Walks are slow-paced and accessible, with frequent pauses and opportunities to rest. Invitations are sensory and optional, allowing each participant to engage in ways that feel right for their body, comfort, and needs.

Each walk is unique — shaped by the land, the season, and the people present.

No prior experience is required — only a willingness to arrive and listen.

$50 per participant, per session

Small-group guided experiences designed to support rest, reflection, and connection with nature.

Public walks are offered seasonally.
