🌲 About the Experience
These sessions are designed as a shared experience—where children and their parent or caregiver explore nature together.
Through simple, guided invitations, both child and adult are invited to slow down, notice, and connect—with nature and with each other.
There is no distance to cover and nothing to achieve.
🍃 Session Flow (All Ages)
- simple sensory noticing (sounds, textures, colours)
- gentle movement and exploration
- working with natural materials (leaves, stones, sticks)
- moments of calm and shared presence
Children and adults are free to engage in their own way.
